libcutter0 software package provides Shared library of Cutter, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcutter0
libcutter0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcutter0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcutter0 *
You will get with libcutter0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
